MICRONIZED
TALC :
Talc is Magnesium - Silicate - Hydrate with extremely
lamellar structure having high aspect ratio. Because
of the platy nature of this special form of Talc,
it is considered a REINFORCING FILLER in many plastic
applications.
WHY USE OUR TALC ?
We take utmost care in the selection of Soap Stone
lumps. Only white colored assorted lumps are used
to ensure freedom from impurities.
The
micronization and classification further renders
the material highly suitable for all applications
where ultrafine size and high purity is required.

DEPOSITS ::::::::::::::::
High grade Talc / Soap Stone deposits are present
in Rajasthan, Uttranchal, M.P. & Gujarat. First
we collect the samples from various mines which
is analysed for composition and physical and chemical
properties and its suitability for various application
is then studied. Moreover, sustained availability
of the material with no variation from mines is
given utmost importance to ensure consistency in
final product.
PROCESSING :
The raw Talc / Soap Stone Lumps is subject to a
refining process including spiral classification,
hydrocycloning, deflocculation, bleaching, drying,
micronizing, air-classification and surface treatment.
Our processing ensures consitent composition, control
of top-cut and average particle size and freedom
from free silica.
